Our facility has used Rose-Text’s transcription outsource service since our multi-specialty surgery center opened in 2002.  Bryan and his staff were diligent in getting our initial physician information into their system and providing clear concise directions for use of the dictation module at startup.  Over the past seven years, the staff’s reliability and integrity assure our transcription is downloaded within twenty-four hours, any addendums or corrections completed promptly and accurately.  On those occasions our facility or physicians have had a need for urgent transcription, STAT service was immediate and complete. 

We are provided with remote backup and storage of our files.  Unlimited support is available via e-mail and phone.  I am not involved in the pricing of Rose-text’s services (although I believe they must be competitive to have been our outsource since we began) but as a former transcriptionist, I can speak for the performance—it is exceptional!
